clean hotel but in a 4 star I think that's got to be assumed. Comfortable beds. And the detail in reception of water with lemon and mint to refresh you
spa was on a bracelet and we were not notified and on the last day we wanted to use it and they asked us for a 20 euro deposit. In the room the water button of the toilet got stuck and water didn't stop coming out, water that came out was boiling so the toilet bowl reached an incredible temperature and it was impossible to sit on it. Having booked breakfast, reception did not inform us about it, with the consequent problem that we were forced to go back to the reception to solve the problem. At breakfast there were no teaspoons and waiter told me that he would bring me one (I'm still waiting for it). sausages at breakfast are of low quality, not for a 4 star. In the room, there is some complimentary water in the fridge, what good is it if the fridge doesn't cool down and water is hot in the middle of July? There is no safe in the room. That's a clean hotel but in a 4 star hotel I think that's what you have to assume. Difficult access to the hotel if you're in the mall

The receptionist of the hotel called Alejandro, a first class professional, super friendly, expressive, fun, we square a whole Saturday perfect food and visit the center ... where is tremendously lucky to have it ... is a treasure that boy.
That by paying for services like the Spa we could not enjoy it because we were going with my 11 year old daughter and until she was 14 she could not enter the facilities. And the treatment of the person who attended us at the reception of that fatal spa, because he made us wait until he put some data that was tied up in the computer and had asked us if we wore a hat to which we answered yes ... well almost ten minutes to tell us that the girl could not enter ... could have started there ... And well the hotel should do something about it because it is a service that we have paid for and we have not been able to enjoy.

Value for money was excellent, room was very comfortable, staff were friendly.Remember to ask the staff for information about getting around as this could save you a lot of time and money.Perfect location opposite the City of Arts and sciences, with easy access to the cultural center by bus (bus number 95 ,with a stop outside the Oceanografic which is opposite the hotel across the white bridge has a route that goes up and down either side of the park that runs through the center of the city.€1.30 Is the ticket fare from the Oceanografic to the stop opposite the Biopark (the City zoo which is a must visit place in Valencia)Please note it offers a tourist discount so always ask.The City of Arts and Sciences is a fabulous day out and is a must do on any visit to Valencia for adults and kids of all ages, believe me the science building is not just for kids,i am 46 and I had a brilliant time.Taxi's are expensive to and from the Airport (€24 to €26 to the Confortel Aqua 4 hotel).I Would recommend getting the metro if your flight times allow this.
Although the rooms are spacious and modern, the glass sliding door into the bathroom does not give 100% privacy, which could be an issue for some people sharing a room.

The location is good. We stayed on the 8th floor, the view was nice. We really enjoyed the dinner in Vertical on the top floor. It is not run by the hotel, but well worth a visit. Value for money considering it is a Michelin starred restaurant.

The location was superb, My husband and i ran the Valencia 10k and we will be back next year! Staff were extremely helpful, it's a very clean comfortable hotel, no fuss, clean lines and lovely smell of cleanliness everywhere, the minute you walk in. comfortable bed and hot showers, just right for runners. Good sized room and space where to stretch for after runs.
What was annoying was the lack of toiletries - however these were provided on asking every day. one small tube of body wash between two is not enough. Ended up using the shampoo and conditioner to wash with... next time i will get mine. I did not expect this from the hotel. otherwise thumbs up for everything and the wonderful person in reception who helped and advised my husband on how to make a quick getaway to reach airport whilst the marathon was still in full swing and all the city was blocked! Value added, in my opinion and priceless.

This modern hotel occupies a very nice modern building in the functional style. The venue has nice looking rooms with a superking bed and amazing views, as for instance. The hotel has magnificent location and five star staff from the night shift. It is easy walk to Lizzaran, where you can eat something.
The room is not clean.

great access to valencia's fine architecture and vibrant parks
I was kinda surprised by the easy access to the beautiful architectural buildings at Juria Riverbed park just a short stroll away, and the hotel itself is right next to a busy shopping center with plenty of restaurants if you want to grab a bite after your walks. Perfect for those who enjoy weekend strolls like me.
